The ST-10 stands as a compact, multifunctional enclosure, offering full-range capabilities suitable for a wide array of professional audio applications. The heart of the cabinet is home to a Fane 10” drive unit, notable for its ultra-low distortion and cast aluminium frame (featuring a 2.5” voice coil). This driver is complemented by a 1” titanium diaphragm compression driver, coupled with an 80° x 50° rotatable horn characterized by low resonance. Together, they create a dynamic duo capable of delivering exceptional audio quality.
A fully optimized passive crossover network further elevates the audio output and quality of the ST-10, whether utilized independently or in tandem with supplementary subwoofer support.
Meticulous construction lies at the core of the enclosure, crafted from 15mm and 18mm void-free birch plywood. Employing a tongue and groove assembly, the cabinet’s rear wedge design renders it suitable for both front-of-house and monitor applications. A circular pattern grille, constructed from protective steel and adorned with acoustic mesh backing, ensures the safeguarding of the interior components. The entire enclosure is enrobed in a matt black, sand-based paint finish, delivering maximal protection for the rigours of the road.
For added versatility, the ST-10 incorporates a 35mm ‘top-hat’ for pole or stand mounting, alongside 8 M8 mount points featuring internal metal brackets. This comprehensive design showcases the ST-10’s adaptability, resilience, and commitment to delivering superior audio performance.
